Don't Stop Believin'

If you don’t get to buy Glee Live! tickets you might soon be able to see the very next best thing – Glee in 3-D! Producers of the hit TV show have said they plan to make a film of the upcoming Glee Live! tour, and screen it in theaters on a two-week run. Most excitingly, the film will be made in 3-D, a masterstroke from the Glee marketing department. The film’s run would begin on August 12. All the Gleeks who don’t find Glee tickets must be relieved, that’s for sure. Glee creator Ryan Murphy said, “This tour was all about going out and performing for our amazing fans who have supported our show from the beginning, but due to the limited time we had to travel during our hiatus, there were only so many cities we could get to before we had to resume work on the television series.”

The film will be directed by Kevin Tancharoen, of Mortal Kombat fame, and is now one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Murphy added, “We knew that not every fan who wanted to attend a concert would get that opportunity. Now, thanks to our friends at Twentieth Century Fox Film, we’ll be able to bring the concert experience to movie theaters across the country in full three dimensional glory. We promise every passionate ‘Gleek’ a cinematic experience that will have them singing and dancing in the aisles.”

So now you don’t have to buy Glee tour tickets (yeah, right!) or at least you have something pretty cool to fall back on if you miss out. Be ready, one way or the other, to see “Don’t Stop Believin’” in glorious living color.

The Glee second season finale will be shot in NYC, and that’s official. Glee star Matthew Morrison said the cast are “excited” to be filming on location in the Big Apple. The revelation comes on the heels of the announcement that Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) is to take on a David Bowie like role for a coming episode of the hit show. Exactly which of Bowie’s many transformations she will adopt is up for debate. The show, which is set in Ohio but filmed in California, is really heating up as the second season draws to a close and the cast prepare themselves for the upcoming Glee live! tour. Both Morrison and Lynch and their respective characters are caught up in the storm of attention that the show has generated ahead of the Glee tour and tickets are selling at blockbuster levels. Everyone is discussing whether Sue Sylvester will appear as the Thin White Duke, Ziggy Stardust, Aladdin Sane or some other incarnation of the rock chameleon. Lynch – or Sylvester, if you prefer – was quick to praise Glee co-creator Ryan Murphy for his creativity and drive.

“Ryan Murphy is the evil scientist that is creating all of this and I just love him for it,” Lynch said. Make sure you’re tuned into what’s going on, and score some hit Glee live tickets before they’re all gone! Glee season two finale is only days away!

Glee Tour Dates and Biebermania!

Glee Live! In Concert!

Image via Wikipedia

Justin Bieber mania is alive and well on the set of Glee, as those Glee Live! tickets continue to sell like mad ahead of the 2011 Glee tour. The most recent episode of “Glee” composed a real tribute to tween star Justin Bieber, and as ever the storyline exploded into many sub-fragments, all of which were riveting for Gleeks everywhere.

The episode featured such nuggets as a fake depression, when Sue takes some vitamin pills, plus a love triangle between Quinn, Sam and Finn. Quinn reveals to Finn that she wants to be with Sam, while Emma helps Sue to forget her vitamins and join the Glee club for a week to forget her troubles. Unfortunately, Sue then tries to undermine the club from within in a fifth column move. There were the usual awesome songs, including “Take Me Or Leave Me”, and scenes of great camaraderie between the member of the Glee club. Rachel and Mercedes really got it together at this point and this made Sue even worse if anything! Sue has always been awesome in the role of the crazed cheerleader coach who is intent on destroying the Glee club, and in this latest episode she ran the full spectrum of devil to angel. In a bid to bring out the best in her, the Glee kids took her to a hospital where she sang with sick children, but if you know Sue, you’ll know she’ll soon be all scary and wicked again in no time at all.

Anyway, as you know, if you’re looking for Glee tickets, this show is brilliant, and to add Biebermania to the mix was a good move in the form of the “Justin Bieber Experience”. Following this weekend’s Grammys, where Biebermania was just as prominent, the Bieb’s presence was solidly felt and the show was a hit with teen audiences everywhere. The Glee Live! tour tickets are currently one of the hottest tickets in America, and you’re advised to check out the Glee tour dates now and buy Glee tickets. When the Glee tour schedule kicks off you’ll need to be ready with tickets. Check out our Glee Live! schedule and be a real live Gleek!

The hot news is that Glee tickets are selling out, and now the show has been nominated for two awards at the upcoming Grammys!  The nominations are for their excellent debut album, “Glee: The Music, Volume 1″, and their second is for the rousing rendition of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”, which reached Number 4 on the Hot 100 chart. This is an amazing achievement for a band that is essentially a TV cast, not a pop group, but here they are competing with the likes of Sade and Maroon 5! If ever there was proof that the Glee tickets you seek are worth their weight in gold this was it.

This is a unique moment in the history of the Grammys, and the music world is holding its breath as the Grammy Awards approach. If the Glee kids win this one it will be a real feather in their caps. After all, they aren’t supposed to be competing with musicians who do it for a living! Check out our Glee tour dates and make sure you have your Glee tickets, before they’re all gone. The complete Glee schedule will be posted on here within the next few days, so stay tuned, fellow Gleeks!

Wednesday, March 3rd, 2010

If you’re hunting for Glee Live! tickets you must be a Gleek. That’s right; you’re one of the hip cats who’s been following the awesome exploits of this high school musical group since they burst onto the screen in May 2009. Glee tickets are expected to sell very fast; currently there are 7 shows on the Glee tour schedule, but this is expected to grow. The Glee Live! Tour is set to be one of the biggest of 2010, and the songs performed will be unforgettable. Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’” has had a whole new dimension injected into it, as has Rihanna’s “Take a Bow”. The Glee soundtrack has everyone buzzing right now and the first dates have caused a huge stir. One of the most famous Glee songs is Journey’s Sopranos series finale track, and this is indeed represents the climax to many a Glee concert for many Gleeks. Inclusion of that song on their soundtrack put “Don’t Stop Believin’” on the number-one spot on iTunes – no mean feat. The midnight train goin’ any-ee-where is actually going across the USA on a Glee Live tour, so if you really are a fan of the hit Fox series you should buy Glee concert tickets now and get ready for one of the best cult shows in years!

The Glee tour kicks off in Phoeniz, Arizona in May, 2010 – about a month after the hit show returns to television. The Glee Live tour is the climax of an epic voyage for the cast of many and varied characters, the same ones who appear on TV as well as on the Glee Live tour. Tickets will sell off the chart so browse now and make your choices!

Rumors of a Glee Live tour have been circulating since Glee cast member Cory Monteith – football quarterback Finn Hudson – announced via his Twitter page that, “This show has changed my life in so many ways. If you had told me a year ago that I’d be performing classic rock songs in concert theaters around the country, I would never have believed you. We are psyched!”

The number of Gleeks is growing fast, and the show is hitting the heights. Glee tickets will be bought by young adults and old adults alike because their musical appeal and mature humor knows no bounds. Songs such as Queen’s “Somebody to Love” and John Lennon’s “Imagine”, performed with passion and panache by these talented youngsters are the reason Glee tickets are so popular. The Fox TV show is a brainwave that has pulled in huge audiences, enough to warrant a live tour, and that really means something in today’s overcrowded and competitive market.
